Clients of Haslers have consistently given the firm positive feedback in a customer satisfaction survey.
Overall, 54 percent of those who responded did not believe that the way in which the Haslers team worked with them could be improved. However, a further 15 percent felt that there was always room for improvement in any professional relationship.
Nearly two-fifths (38 percent) of the clients surveyed had come to the firm following a recommendation, and 62 percent of those who had had an opportunity to refer a client to Haslers had done so.
Just over three-fifths (62 percent) had moved to Haslers from another firm of accountants; of those 42 percent had changed due to not being satisfied with the previous firm and feeling that Haslers would provide a better level of service and advice.
Overall, 58 percent of clients did not considering any other firm before choosing Haslers.
Using a scoring system in which one represented poor and five excellent, Haslers received an average mark of 4.8 for both the courtesy with which the telephone is answered and the efficiency with which the call is responded to.
Clients also awarded high marks to other aspects of the firm’s service. Haslers received an average mark of 4.7 for the competence within the team and 4.2 for both the efficiency with which the work was dealt with and the delivery of the work. Additionally, the way in which Haslers kept clients informed of changes in legislation that may affect them received an average score of 4.1.
Nearly two-fifths (38 percent) of the clients surveyed said that Haslers had played a part in helping to protect and develop their business, while nearly two-thirds (64 percent) of those who felt they didn’t assist in this area said there was nothing more that the firm could do to help.
Comments from clients described the “very good”, “long term and trustworthy” and “valued” business relationship with the firm, which is “very close and friendly, but very professional”. Indeed, they expressed confidence that “Haslers can provide the service they need when they need it”.
Other clients described how Haslers has “impressed” them and that “together we can achieve the extraordinary”.
