It is important to us to ensure we provide a consistent, high level of service to all our clients. Whilst we are already assessed by a number of external organisations (see our Quality Assurance section) we also think it is important to continually assess ourselves against businesses from other industry sectors.
For this reason, over the course of a year, we regularly enter ourselves in a number of regional and national business awards. Assessment by third party peers gives us an indication of what the external marketplace thinks of our firm and how we are delivering our service to our clients.
It also gives us the opportunity to benchmark ourselves against the premier businesses in the country and identify ways in which we may enhance existing or introduce new services.
