HCF advise on the sale of the entire share capital of Academics
Haslers Corporate Finance LLP is pleased to report the sale of Academics Holdings Limited, an education, recruitment and training provider to Servoca Plc, a specialist outsourced and recruitment provider.
The deal, led by Simon Blake of Haslers Corporate Finance, was for the total sum of £7 million and included £2m of initial cash consideration and an earn out expected to result in a further payment of £2.35m and £2.65m shares in Servoca Plc which is dependent on certain EBITDA targets being achieved by Academics.
Commenting on the deal, Simon says “I´m delighted with completion of this transaction, as it is already apparent that these two businesses and the management of them are highly complimentary to each other, and the power of the two businesses should drive the combined profitability of the Servoca group forward quickly.”
Haslers Corporate Finance LLP is the corporate finance department of the Haslers Group, which specialises in advising and providing services to the small and medium sized enterprise sector, particularly owner managed businesses and is based at its flagship offices in Loughton, north east London, albeit operating across the UK.
