Haslers Corporate Finance LLP (HCF) acted as lead advisor in respect of early stage equity fund raising for this young technology business based in the South East.
HCF was involved in bringing interested parties to the client from various contacts that the team at HCF has built up over the years, including Banks, VCs, Business Angels, Lawyers or other advisors in the corporate finance field. HCF approached a number of potential interested parties and the project was completed with a Business Angel. HCF provided advice on taxation and restructuring issues to existing shareholders. Haslers remains the accountant and tax advisor to the company.
