Financial due diligence on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland
Haslers Corporate Finance LLP (HCF) was instructed by the Royal Bank of Scotland to carry out financial due diligence on DBS in contemplation of a proposed MBO.
Following the death of the company´s founding director and shareholder, Andy Williams, his business partner and minority shareholder decided to lead an MBO acquiring the controlling stake from the deceased´s estate. The Royal Bank of Scotland provided the debt funding necessary to facilitate the transaction and HCF provided the Due Diligence Report required by the Bank´s Credit Committee.
