Clare trained with a City firm, and has specialised in one-off tax planning for owner-managed businesses for over ten years. She advises on sale and purchase transactions, corporate reorganisations, planning for property investment and development and efficient remuneration planning structures.

Clare has also been the focal point for our trust, inheritance tax and wills advice, which allows her to take a long term view of her clients’ financial position beyond the immediate transaction.

Clare grows her own vegetables, takes photographs and reads novels, not usually all at the same time.
