Michael heads up the corporate finance department and provides both lead advisory services and support in transactions.

The department specialises in dealing with acquisitions, due diligence, mergers, demergers, disposals, MBOs and fundraising for the SME sector. In addition, Michael has experience of the AIM markets and turnaround work in conjunction with our insolvency team.
