JOB TITLE: Business Systems Manager

START DATE: As soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Systems Manager has overall responsibility for executing the Firm’s IT strategy which a key component in driving our business forward.  The role will be a mix of liaising with the outsourcing provider, advising the board on IT developments and relevant solutions  and overseeing the implementation of IT projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, the ability to form and maintain relationships & gain trust and respect from stakeholders- internal and external. The ability to communicate with non IT staff at all levels and project management skills. Experience of managing an outsourced IT function is an advantage and experience in Professional Services is also an advantage.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: You will be invited to the office for an interview with HR and the Partner who oversees IT. If successful, you will be invited back for an interview with a further two Partners.
