Your first class ticket to the cloud
Following the snap General Election, the Government has confirmed its intention to press ahead with Making Tax Digital, which means your business needs accounting systems that can shape up to real-time accounting, year-round reporting and be compatible with HMRC’s digital tax gateway.
Although, the Government plans to delay the full implementation of digital taxation until 2020, it will, nevertheless, start testing the system on a small scale at the end of this year, before running a live pilot in spring 2018.
Businesses with a turnover above the VAT threshold (£85,000) will have to keep digital records and report them on a quarterly basis from 2019 and it is widely expected that other smaller businesses will be required to go digital from 2020.
In light of this latest announcement, we are continuing with our programme of Making Tax Digital workshops to help you understand the requirements of the new timeline, and to ensure you are fully prepared for the new modern digital tax system.
Our FREE to attend interactive Cloud workshops are available to help you, so sign up now as places are limited.
