Meg Abery, Monique Kafizas, Simonne Fernandes and Samaira Ahmad all took part in the 5 km event in Brighton under the name, Taxmaniacs, to raise money for their firm’s in-house charity, the Haslers Foundation.
They were joined by hundreds of other runners and completed the event having received donations from friends, family and colleagues.
The money collected by the team for the Foundation will now be given to the Dream Factory – a cause which is committed to making the dreams of terminally ill children come true.
Meg Abery, one of Haslers’ runners, said: “We all had a fantastic time participating in the Colour Run and it was so wonderful to complete it with such close colleagues.
“We are delighted that we have managed to raise so much for the Dream Factory and we hope that the funding will go some way to assisting this organisation in achieving its goal of helping young people live out their wishes.”
Haslers’ Chairman, Jon O’Shea, added: “We are all very proud of the Taxmaniacs and I would like to congratulate them on behalf of everyone at Haslers for what they have achieved.
“Our Foundation continues to make a large contribution to local causes, such as the Dream Factory, and I am delighted that our staff continue to do so much to promote and raise funds for it.”
To date the Haslers Foundation has raised more than £150,000 for good causes in Essex, the South East and beyond.
