Business Services Group Partner
Pambos began his career in 1989 when he joined a firm, similar in size to Haslers, based in North London. He “cut his teeth” dealing with owner managed businesses including some household names such as Bellings, CU Lighting and Dixons. Following a practice merger he found himself working for a top-10 UK accountancy practice. This provided exposure to the International arena and larger clients. Milestones in his career include dealing with some of the top 100 law firms; working on a special project for Monarch Airlines; managing an assignment in Brazil for a client preparing to list on AIM who was invested in a hydroelectric power station and a coal mine; auditing a large German Law firm that registered as a UK LLP and procuring and managing a large project for RBS following the banking crisis.
When Pambos joined Haslers in 2016 as a partner he therefore brought with him a wealth of experience in a wide range of businesses and sectors.
At Haslers, Pambos looks after a portfolio of established Haslers clients whilst also being involved in assisting a number of International Groups (Japan and US) with their inward investment to the UK. Pambos also heads up our Professional Practice Group. He looks after a number of law firms not only advising them on their day to day compliance issues but also assisting them with partnership issues such as succession, retention, mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of work, Pambos is a regular squash player playing for his local club in the Middlesex Leagues. One of his new challenges is golf. Pambos has recently joined North Middlesex GC and is devoting his spare time trying to develop a half decent swing and to reduce his handicap.
