My Haslers Story

It was clear from my research that Haslers core philosophy centres around investing in their workforce with training and development, particularly through their apprenticeship programme. This appealed to me as I could see it would give me a unique opportunity to qualify in accountancy while getting practical work experience.

Having been at Haslers for three years, I can confidently say that my experience has met my expectations. Beyond the apprenticeship programme, every member of the team – from management to the partners is dedicated to supporting staff growth. Not just in terms of accountancy and tax expertise, but also in their wider personal development.

My advice to other potential joiners would be to take the initiative to ask questions, seek out opportunities to learn and don’t be afraid to take on new challenges.
