We’re excited (and maybe just a little nervous!) to share that, in support of the Haslers Foundation, some of our brave team members have signed up for a challenge that’s definitely not for the faint-hearted.
On 14th May, Jon O’Shea, Matt Wells, Joe Southgate, Kyle Toby, Sophie Elwahsh and Emre Demir will be daring to take on a Wing Walk at Duxford to raise money so that we can continue supporting the amazing local charities we work with through the Haslers Foundation.
Yes, that really does mean being strapped to the top of a plane while it takes off and flies through the skies. It’s safe to say it’s a little outside the usual day job.
Fundraising begins in the week starting 6th April, and we’d really love your support. Every pound raised will help us continue backing local charities and community projects that create positive change, so this challenge is all about doing something a little bit mad for a worthwhile cause. https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/haslerswingwalk
We couldn’t be prouder of the team for agreeing to take this on. It’s a brilliant mix of courage, generosity and maybe just a tiny fear of saying no. Either way, they’re all set to go above and beyond (quite literally).
If you’d like to support them, any donation will mean a lot. Whether you’re giving because you admire their bravery, want to support local causes, or simply excited by the idea of seeing your colleagues battling 100mph winds, it all helps.
We’re hoping the fundraising really takes off over the coming weeks and helps us reach new heights for the charities we support. Thank you so much in advance for helping this amazing challenge get off the ground.
