He is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Registered Auditor.
Pambos looks after some of our largest Corporate clients including the UK’s largest privately owned logistics business and a number of large pharma-related groups.
Pambos has developed a niche in assisting International Groups (Japan, Europe and US) with their inward investment to the UK. In particular, he heads up our Japanese desk which now looks after Japanese owned UK subsidiaries or UK branches. His team provide a suite of services to cater for these clients’ needs.
Pambos also leads our Professional Practice Group and looks after law firms. As well as advising them with their day-to-day compliance issues, he supports with partnership issues such as succession, retention, mergers and acquisitions.
Away from the office Pambos captains a squash team for his local club, plays Padel, the fastest growing racket sport in the world and is a keen golfer. When not playing sport, Pambos is also a bit of a petrol head and indulges in both 2- and 4-wheel vehicles!
