What a brilliant evening our 2026 Quiz Night at Chigwell Golf Club turned out to be.
We were so pleased to see so many familiar faces come together for a night filled with laughter and friendly competition. Most importantly, thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised an incredible £7,600 for the Haslers Foundation through ticket sales, raffles, and games.
That total will go a long way in helping us continue supporting causes that make a real difference in our local community, and we’re hugely grateful to everyone who played a part.
A fantastic 13 teams joined us on the night, all hoping to get their hands on the trophy (and, let’s be honest, the chocolates too). Taking part were Media 10, ThorntonRones, Aquabridge, Barclays, MCA Trust, Barretts Law, Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors, ResponSec, two Haslers tables, and two charity tables.
The room was full of energy from start to finish, with plenty of laughs, a bit of healthy rivalry, and a few moments where teams were either celebrating a genius answer or the wondering of how they got an obvious answer so wrong.
A huge congratulations must go to MCA Trust, who once again proved they are the quiz team to beat. After winning our 2025 Quiz Night, they came back ready to defend their title and managed to retain their crown by finishing top of the leaderboard for the second-year running. At this point, we may need to start checking for hidden earpieces.
While there could only be one winner, the real success of the evening was seeing so many people come together to support the Haslers Foundation in such a fun and generous way.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, bought raffle tickets, got involved in the games, donated, and helped make the night such a success. Your continued support means so much to us and truly helps us keep making a positive impact in our community.
We already can’t wait to do it all again next year.
