We are proud to share that the Haslers Foundation has recently donated to St Joseph’s Hospice, helping to provide new waiting room chairs, as well as a conservatory furniture set and cushions, to create more welcoming and comfortable spaces for patients, families, and visitors across East London.
St Joseph’s Hospice offers free, specialist palliative care for people living with life-limiting illnesses, while also supporting their loved ones through some of life’s most difficult and emotional moments. Their work extends far beyond medical care alone as they’re mission is centred around providing comfort, dignity, counselling, and bereavement support for families when they need it most, whether within the hospice itself or in their own homes.
We know that small details can make a huge impact during challenging times. Comfortable seating in waiting areas and peaceful shared spaces can offer families a moment of rest and togetherness, helping to make an incredibly difficult experience feel less stressful and more comfortable. The new conservatory furniture will help create a calm, homely environment where visitors can sit together, talk, or take a quiet moment.
St Joseph’s Hospice plays a truly invaluable role in our community, delivering compassionate care, free of charge, and bringing reassurance to local families across East London. We are honoured to support the hospice in a practical way, helping lighten the load of those using this service.
This donation reflects the Haslers Foundation’s continued commitment to supporting organisations whose work has a lasting and deeply personal impact. By supporting remarkable charities like St Joseph’s Hospice, together we can continue making a real and meaningful difference in the lives of our communities.
