Michael is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Tax Advisers and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales Corporate Finance.

Michael is also the current Chair of the UK200 Group Corporate Finance panel. As well as being a specialist in the field of Corporate Finance, he is a member of our academies team. He has particular experience of Due Diligence into schools and academies and has led Due Diligence exercises for both schools ready to acquire new schools to join their MAT and for schools wanting to join a MAT.

Mike is a keen sportsman and loves to spend his spare time cycling, golfing and playing racket sports as well as spending time with his family.
