My Haslers Story

My first thoughts were that Haslers appeared to really respect their employees – I could see that the people working there had a great work-life balance, and loved the fact that there was a wellbeing allowance and flexible working. Qualifying for the ACA was another thing that interested me – being qualified within three years was a real draw. Finally, it was a relatively stress-free application compared to some of the other companies I looked at!

Everyone is really friendly, including the managers and partners. There are a lot of people working here, but you get to know everyone eventually. There’s lots of development too. From travelling to see clients and monthly training days, to the way the managers stretch us with the work they assign, it’s been clear that the managers at Haslers really care about my professional development. I feel like I’ve grown so much over 18 months, and am even able to lead audits.

There is a really strong emphasis on team-building with plenty of socials and group activities. We take turns organising them so each one is completely different – from go-karting to theatre trips. Even staying in the office is fun – we recently had a Mario Kart tournament and an office Jenga competition!
